Is there a delivery charge?

There is no delivery charge but there we do have a minimum order of £15.00

Do you deliver within my area?

We delivered within a 10-mile radius of our warehouse in Derby. The best way to check if we deliver to your area is to use the eligibility checker on the shopping basket page (items of a value of £15 onward will need to be added to the basket before you can check can be delivery eligibility).

Can I add items to my order once it has been placed or can I add items separately and pay for these separately?

Unfortunately you cannot add to an existing order and we are currently only taking online orders for home deliveries.

Can you provide me with an estimated delivery time?

We are unable to provide estimated delivery times, but we aim to deliver all orders during the delivery time window of 7am – 5pm.

Can we only order items that appear on the website?

Yes, although we are continuously updating the products available.

I have not received an email order confirmation or text confirmation, have you received my order?

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at hello@zestfoodservice.co.uk with your name and postcode and we will look into this further.

Pickup discount - 10% - how is it received? 

For orders placed through the website a 10% refund will be applied after collection of your order.
